Savoy Stewart are a firm of Commercial Surveyors, Property Consultants, Estate Agents and Valuers based on Oxford Street in the heart of the West End of London.
Founded in 1990, the four partners of our practice have all worked together for over 20 years with over 100 years of combined experience dealing with all commercial property matters.
Savoy Stewart was formed to fill the void that was created by the merger of a number of medium and large practices leaving a gap for a smaller niche agency.
We are a multi disciplined practice that offer advice relating to all aspects of Commercial Property throughout the United Kingdom.
Our philosophy
For the last 20 years we have been advising clients ranging from private individual landlords through to major institutions.
Our philosophy is simple, we provide the best advice that we can to achieve the aims of our clients.
Unlike a lot of our competitors we do not simply broker deals.
If we do not feel that a transaction is one that our clients should be entering or entertaining, we will advise against that transaction or deal with the reasons why we do not feel it is appropriate, that way our clients are aware of the pitfalls of a transaction and are able to assess the situation and make an informed decision as to how to proceed.
Over the last 20 years we have advised many different size organisations with the main focus being to ensure client satisfaction.
That is why we still represent many of the companies that were with us from the outset (along with many others).
